We want to put all of our attention into the these two locations that we have and make it the best restaurant out there.
Restaurant Locations
The desire for a new location originated from a lot of customers requesting us to open another Crepes Tea House closer to their house. People from Washington, North Carolina, and Virginia called multiple of times asking us to come and open the restaurant within their states. We noticed that many of our customers come from Westfield, North Connecticut, and other towns from the surrounding areas so we wanted to try to open something in that area. In a way, we wanted to escape from any city feel so that we can get closer to the country side. Visit us at “Crepes Tea House” in Southwick, and allow us to transport you to a world of flavors and relaxation.
We strive to provide excellent customer service and a memorable dining experience for all of our guests. We have had the opportunities of opening up restaurants with other locations that provided us with great experiences and has helped us grow. We started the entire expanding process about 6 years ago with a seasonal food truck in Springfield and Westfield.

Through the food truck, we were able to get our name out to cities other than West Springfield. We had a stationary place in Enfield and Holyoke Mall, which was great, but we did not want to depend only on the customers of the shopping mall. At “Crepes Tea House,” we believe in providing a memorable experience beyond just great food. Our attentive and friendly staff are always ready to assist you, guiding you through our menu and offering recommendations based on your preferences. We take pride in creating a cozy haven where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and simply enjoy the pleasures of good food and tea.

As you step into our warm and inviting space, the aroma of freshly brewed tea envelopes you, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort. The soft chatter of guests engaged in conversation adds to the cozy ambiance, making it the perfect place to unwind and indulge in delectable treats. We are not planning on opening any more locations in the near future nor are we planning to be a franchise, we would rather concentrate on the two existing locations that we have.
We believe that the combination of crepes and tea is a perfect match and we’re excited to share this experience with our customers. Our crepes are made to order and filled with fresh ingredients, giving them a unique and authentic taste. We use only the best and freshest ingredients to ensure that each crepe is made to perfection.

Under conditions of maximum stress, family members—often facing the loss of two incomes—had to improvise living arrangements at costly hotels or apartments, sometimes even sleeping in hospital waiting rooms or their cars. Further, without access to a nearby, safe, homelike option, patients were often forced to stay in the hospital longer than needed. In these situations, both the financial and emotional costs could be devastating. For over 40 years, Family House has been providing a safe, affordable, and comfortable place to stay for patients and their families who travel to Pittsburgh to receive the exceptional medical care offered by our region.

You'll mainly find CLEAR kiosks at major Delta and United hubs like Atlanta (ATL), Detroit (DTW), Newark (EWR), and Chicago-O'Hare (ORD). But CLEAR has increasingly looked to secondary hubs and even smaller regional airports. Here's a quick look at the latest airports to launch CLEAR service. Southwest Airlines operates out of Charlotte Douglas International Airport and flights usually depart and arrive from Concourse A.

"When it comes to making one’s way through airport security, the quality of that experience shouldn’t be contingent on a traveler’s income or willingness to pay," Sen. Newman said in an emailed statement to USA TODAY. "And yet, in many of California's airports, travelers who choose not to participate in the Clear concierge screening service are subject to the indignity of being shunted aside to make way for those who do," the statement continues. This state-of-the-art technology enhances security efficiency while decreasing the amount of time travelers spend in the security screening process. Installation of the lanes was completed in December, and local officers have been training and certifying on the new technology over the last two months.

CLT has 5 security checkpoints situated across the terminal, providing easy access to each concourse. Considering the number of passengers CLT serves, it’s quite a compact airport and does not require the need to travel by train or shuttle in between departure areas — all concourses are accessible by walking. CLT has TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints to ensure a smooth and safe screening process for all passengers. TSA Pre Check is a program that allows eligible passengers to enjoy expedited screening, which means they can keep their shoes, belts, and light jackets on, and their laptops and liquids in their bags. To participate in TSA Pre Check, passengers must apply and be approved by the TSA.
The original passenger terminal still exists and is used for offices and training rooms by various aviation-related organizations. You'll also need to answer a few questions to verify your identity and provide a method of payment. While you can begin the process online, you will need to be present at a physical Clear location to make it official. Delta SkyMiles members are eligible for discounted Clear Plus rates.

To date, TSA has overseen installation of 231 automated screening lanes in security checkpoints at 18 airports nationwide. This is in accordance with the North Carolina Smoke-Free Law, which bans smoking in most of the public places and workplaces. The Charlotte airport smoking area[56] is easily accessible from inside and outside the terminal using the elevators or stairs near Door 1A or Door 1B.

CLEAR promises shorter lines and a quicker trip through airport security at a growing number of U.S. airports and even some professional sports stadiums, too. It's different from TSA PreCheck in many way ways – especially in where you can actually use it. After a recent price increase, annual membership in the CLEAR program is $189 a year.
